CTCI Americas, a U.S.-based engineering, procurement and construction firm, signed a long-term lease for 49,662 square feet at 15721 Park Row in the Energy Corridor. The company, which moved into the new space about two months ago, previously occupied 15,000 square feet at 11490 Westheimer. Josh Morrow of Avison Young represented the tenant. Steve Rocher, Parker Duffie and Jenny Mueller of CBRE represented the landlord, BH Properties. Part of CTCI Corp. of Taiwan, CTCI Americas operates in Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. The company occupies the third and fourth floors of the six-story, 145,000-square-foot building.
Fellow Houston Investment purchased 4.18 acres between Beltway 8 and Fellows Road, just west of Texas 288, near Pearland. Travis Land, AJ Williams and Alisha Renshaw of NAI Partners represented the buyer. Tom Condon Jr. of Colliers represented the seller, David Christian. Adkisson Group Development plans to construct a 61,700-square-foot rear-load distribution building on behalf of the buyer. Completion is planned in March 2023.

Anthology Senior Living of Tanglewood opened an addition that will provide 34 assisted living residences and 24 memory care suites. The new building at 504 Bering features natural light-filled common rooms, areas for fitness, crafts, cooking and reading. The property, which has formal and casual dining spaces, a bistro, salon and barbershop, infinity pool and theater, offers newly renovated independent living, assisted living and memory care.
Jill Egan, principal of Houston-based Jill Egan Interiors, opened a 2,000-square-foot showroom and office at 2532 Amherst in Rice Village. The store will sell the firm’s own custom furnishings and accessories along with globally sourced selections, fine art and curated objects for the home to the public and the interior design trade. Egan’s spouse, Patrick Egan of retail real estate firm Gulf Coast Commercial Group, represented the designer in the transaction with landlord Rice Management Co. Highlights of the gallery-like space include cast bronze light and sculptural objects by Studio Henry Wilson of Australia, pieces from Parisian fine artist Lauren Collin and an Argentinian textile line exclusive to Jill Egan Interiors.
Summit Capital 610 purchased 1.13 acres on the northeast corner of Texas 105 West and Old River Road in Montgomery. Neal King of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate - Greater Houston represented the seller, Island Group Custom Homes. Cathy Mallia with Mallia Texas Properties represented the buyer. The buyer plans to develop a corner store with fuel service on the site.
HomeAid Houston, a charity of the Greater Houston Builders Association, along with Compassion United, a Conroe non-profit providing outreach and services to people facing homeless and addiction, and Highland Homes broke ground on a 15-bed transitional living facility at 350 Foster Drive in Conroe. The project is one of several units to be built at Compassion’s Miracle City campus in Conroe.
