Grünwald, Baiersbronn, August 4, 2022 - Roundliner Holding ("Roundliner" or „Roundliner Group“), a portfolio company of Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG ("AURELIUS Growth Investments"), has acquired Südplast Group (namely Südplast GmbH as well as Czech PCM International SE, together "Südplast" or “Südplast Group“). Südplast offers customized industrial packaging solutions and has specialized in extrusion, confectioning as well as development of niche products such as box hoods, side- and bottom-sealed bags. The company was founded in 1996 and currently employs c. 40 qualified people. With its headquarters in Baiersbronn (GER) and a production facility in Zbraslav (Czech Republic), Südplast perfectly extends Roundliner’s existing locations in Forst, Cheb (Czech Republic), und Prijedor (Bosnia). The acquisition underlines AURELIUS Growth Investments’ investment strategy of actively expanding portfolio companies through acquisitions of market participants.
